The deceased gf didn't know how to cross roads. She saw the light turn green and won't even look to her left and right before crossing, she's also not cautious enough to her surrounding thinking that she's 100% absolutely safe simply bcs the light turn green 😑

The light was green and the street was empty when she started crossing, the dude VISIBLY turned a corner and was going at a too high speed to brake in time on a slippery road. He WASN'T to her left or her right initially, he came from an INTERSECTION!
The fault is entirely his for not exercising prudence in those driving conditions (night and raining), and that is why HE LIED, cause HE was wholly in the wrong.
How you come to the conclusion that the dead woman is to blame is beyond any sense.
